(BASIS Prescott) – Procurement & USFRCS ExceptionsSouthern Arizona Community Academy, Inc. –Arizona Online Instruction Program of InstructionConsideration to approve the request for charter renewal and grant a renewal contract to the following:Cornerstone Charter School, Inc.Juniper Tree Academy J.   Charter Amendment and Notification – Discussion and possible action on the Adding Grade Levels to Charter Amendment Request and the Enrollment Cap Notification Request submitted by Phoenix Collegiate Academy, Inc., a charter holder that does not meet the Board’s academic performance expectations.  K.   Charter Renewal – Discussion and possible action on the renewal application package for the Mountain Oak School, Inc.L.   Charter Transfer – Discussion and possible action on the transfer application package of New Visions Academy, Inc. from the State Board of Education to the State Board for Charter Schools.   M.   Proposed Rulemaking – Presentation, discussion and consideration of the initiation of proposed rulemaking regarding the monitoring and oversight of charter schools.  N.   Proposed Changes to the Board’s Academic Performance Framework and Guidance, and Intervention Schedule, and Academic Intervention Policy Statement – Discussion and possible action to align the guidance provided in the Academic Performance Framework and Guidance document, and Intervention Schedule, and Academic Intervention Policy Statement with proposed rulemaking regarding the monitoring and oversight of charter schools. O.   Compliance Matters -  The Board will receive information to determine whether evidence exists that the Charter Holders listed below are in breach of one or more provisions of their charter contract and state law regarding their failure to meet or make sufficient progress toward the academic performance expectations set forth in the Academic Performance Framework in accordance with A.R.S. § 15-183(I)(3). If the Board determines that a breach may have occurred, the Board may take action as it deems appropriate or necessary under state law, which may include withholding of up to 10% of the monthly apportionment of state aid and requiring a corrective action plan pursuant to A.R.S. § 15-185(H), and/or issuing a notice of intent to revoke the charter pursuant to A.R.S. § 15-183(I).         a.    Shonto Governing Board Of Education, Inc.         b.    Sierra Oaks School, Inc.         c.    Tucson International Academy, Inc. The Board will receive information to determine whether evidence exists that Legacy Schools is in breach of one or more provisions of its charter contract, federal, and state laws regarding its failure to meet or make sufficient progress toward the academic performance expectations set forth in the Academic Performance Framework (A.R.S. § 15-183(I)(3)), failure to comply with financial records retention requirements (A.R.S. Title 39, Chap. 1, Art. 2), federal payroll tax requirements (26 U.S.C. § 3401 et seq.), and state unemployment contribution requirements (A.R.S.
