Pursuant to A.R.S. §15-183(I), a new and replication charter is effective for 15 years. At least 18 months before the charter’s expiration, the Board staff will notify the Charter Holder that the Charter Holder may apply for renewal and must make available the Charter Holder’s Renewal Application.

In implementing its oversight and administrative responsibilities, the Board grounds its actions in evidence of the Charter Holder’s performance in accordance with the performance frameworks adopted by the sponsor (A.R.S. § 15-183(R)).
