    1. Mohave Accelerated Elementary School, Inc. – Request to increase the enrollment cap from 450 to 550
    2. The Odyssey Preparatory Academy, Inc.  – Request to change the grades served at a specific site to add grade
14. Charter Amendment and Notification – Discussion and possible action on the charter amendment and notification requests submitted by the following charter holders that do not meet the Board’s academic performance expectations:
    1. Arizona Autism Charter Schools, Inc. – Adding grade levels
    2. Arizona Language Preparatory – Adding grade levels
    3. The Odyssey Preparatory Academy, Inc. – Site specific change in grades served
15. Charter Renewal –
    1. Discussion and possible action on the renewal application package for North Star Charter School, Inc.
    2. Discussion and possible action to approve the Agreement for the charter renewal of Prescott Valley Charter School
16. Proposed Amendments and Revisions  – Discussion and possible action regarding revisions to the following:
    1. Academic Intervention Schedule
    2. Performance Management Plan and Demonstration of Sufficient Progress process
17. Summary of Current Events, Future Meeting Dates and Items for Future Agendas – The executive director, presiding officer or a member of the Board may present a brief summary of current events pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02(K) and may discuss future meeting dates and direct staff to place matters on a future agenda.  The Board will not discuss or take action on any current event summary.
