The Board will receive information to determine whether evidence exists that Scottsdale Horizons Charter School is in breach of one or more provisions of its charter contract, federal, state, or local laws, including but not limited to, failing to report student attendance data in accordance with A.R.S. §§15-185(B)(2), 15-901 and 15-902 and failing to provide a learning environment that improves pupil achievement in accordance with A.R.S. §15-183(A).
    2. The Board will receive information to determine whether evidence exists that Academy of Arizona, Inc. is in breach of one or more provisions of its charter contract, federal, state, or local laws, including but not limited to, failing to provide a program of instruction during FY 2011.
