(BASIS Phoenix Central) – Change in Charter Mission RequestFoothills Academy  –  Arizona Online Instruction Program of Instruction and Change in Charter Mission RequestLiberty High School – Adding Grade Levels to Charter RequestConsideration to approve the renewal application package for Self Development Charter SchoolI.   Charter Amendment and Notification – Discussion and possible action on the Increase in Grade Levels Served Request submitted by Heritage Elementary School, a charter holder that does not meet the Board’s academic performance expectations.  J.   Charter Renewal – Discussion and possible action on the renewal application package for Southern Arizona Community Academy, Inc.   K.   Compliance Matters – The Board will receive information to determine whether evidence exists that Arizona School for Integrated Academics and Technologies, Inc. is in breach of one or more provisions of its charter contract and state law regarding its failure to comply with its charter contract and A.R.S. § 15-183 (E)(3) when it ceased providing educational services to students, failure to report student attendance data in accordance with A.R.S. §§ 15-185(B)(2) and 15-901, and failure to maintain copies of birth certificates and immunization records in student files in accordance with A.R.S. §§ 15-828 and 15-872 and the General Retention Schedule for Charter Schools  as prescribed by the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records Division of the Arizona Secretary of State’s office.  If the Board determines that a breach may have occurred, the Board may take action as it deems appropriate or necessary under state law, which may include issuing a notice of intent to revoke the charter pursuant to A.R.S. § 15-183(I). L.   Settlement Agreement – Discussion and possible action on proposed Settlement Agreement for the following: Hillcrest Academy, Inc. International Charter School of Arizona, Inc. M.   *Surrender Agreement – Discussion and possible action on proposed Surrender Agreement for Omega Schools, Inc. N.   Proposed Amendments and Revisions  – Discussion and consideration of the following: Dropout Recovery Program Amendment Request Adding Grade Levels to Charter Amendment Request O.   Summary of Current Events, Future Meeting Dates and Items for Future Agendas – The executive director, presiding officer or a member of the Board may present a brief summary of current events pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02(K) and may discuss future meeting dates and direct staff to place matters on a future agenda.  The Board will not discuss or take action on any current event summary.  P.   Adjournment Location Agency Platform - Standard [email protected] America/Phoenix public
