School Location Amendment Request

The School Location Amendment Request should be completed if the charter holder needs to change the physical address currently on file with the Board for a charter school.

This request also allows for an enrollment cap increase (if needed) in one submission.

It is not necessary to file this request to change the school’s mailing address or phone/fax number(s) on file with the Board; rather, the authorized charter representative should log in to the ASBCS online system, choose the appropriate school, and click the “edit address” or “edit phone and fax number” link. Please note that this change will still require the charter representative to upload board minutes that indicate that the change has been approved.
