Mr. Snider, a former senior investment banker, retired in 2023 as a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets (RBCCM), where he served for nearly 34 years. During his tenure, Mr. Snider specialized in municipal finance, developing a sector practice group focused on funding charter school facilities. He led, partnered, or oversaw the completion of nearly 300 charter school financings in over 20 states (including Washington, D.C.), totaling more than $6 billion in principal amount. Consequently, Mr. Snider possesses extensive experience in the financial and credit analysis of charter schools.

Mr. Snider has served on the boards of Arizona School for the Arts, the Arizona Charter School Association, the National Accelerator of Autism Charter Schools, and the Phoenix Boys Choir.

Mr. Snider graduatedĀ summa cum laudeĀ from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate. He subsequently earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
