Binky Michele Jones is the Senior Vice President and Charter Representative for
Ombudsman Educational Services, a division of Chancelight. With over 30 years in
educational and business administration, Binky has devoted her career to advancing
education for at-risk youth.


Her leadership includes key roles within the Arizona Alternative Education Consortium
(President, President-Elect, and Secretary) and as chairperson of the Alternative
Accountability Technical Advisory Committee (AATAC) for the State Board of Education and the Arizona Department of
Education.


Binky's dedication has earned her recognition as a Chancelight Brand Ambassador and the
Chancelight Servant Heart Leadership Award. Passionate about supporting at-risk students,
she remains committed to serving the charter community, addressing youth disconnection,
and advancing alternative education.


Binky holds a Master of Education in Vocational and Educational Administration (1993) and
a Bachelor of Science in Education, Business, and Marketing Education (1995) from the
University of Missouri Columbia. Her certifications include Principal Standard Secondary
Education, Structured English Immersion, Microsoft Innovative Educator, and Glasser
Quality School, with additional training from Harvard’s Making Caring Common Program.
