Notice of Rulemaking

On March 31, 2017, the Charter Board’s Notice of Final Rulemaking was published in the Arizona Administrative Register. The effective date for these rules is May 6, 2017.

Arizona Administrative Code

State law requires the Board to adopt administrative rules, which implement the law or describe the Board's procedures. View the Board's current rules.
 

The Board submitted its five-year review report for A.A.C. Title 7, Chapter 5, Articles 3 and 5 to the Governor’s Regulatory Review Council (GRRC) on June 21, 2016. The report was approved by GRRC at its October 4, 2016 meeting.
