Meet Your Education Program Manager (“EPM”)
To provide clear and consistent communication between charter holders and Board staff, each charter holder has been assigned to an EPM. The EPM assigned to a charter holder is the primary point of contact for the charter representative and is responsible for all processes (interval review, renewal, amendment requests) for that charter holder.
